14-day refund window
New subscriptions to the EU AI Footprint Scanner are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email zheneewong@gmail.com from the email address you used to subscribe. Include your Lemon Squeezy order number if you have it (otherwise we'll find it). Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
After 14 days
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day window are not standard but may be granted in exceptional cases (extended outage, material defect) at our discretion.
Enterprise and annual plans
Refund terms for Enterprise contracts are set out in the individual contract. For annual prepayments, contact us — we'll work it out.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
