These Terms govern your access to and use of the EU AI Footprint Scanner and other products provided by Argus Intelligence ("we", "us"). By subscribing or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The EU AI Footprint Scanner is a static-analysis tool that detects AI/ML library use in source code repositories you authorise.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape it, or to use it in ways that disrupt service for other customers.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer

The Scanner is a technical risk-discovery tool, not a legal compliance certification. We make no warranty that scan results are sufficient for regulatory submission under the EU AI Act or any other regulation. Customers must seek qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore until our Estonian OÜ is registered (Q2 2026), at which point Estonian law applies. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
